In partnership with Glendora Bookshop, join us for a Jolabokaflod (pronouced: yol-a-book-a-flo-d) celebration! Jolabokaflod, or “Yule Book Flood,” is the Icelandic tradition of exchanging books on Christmas Eve and then spending the evening reading. In recent years, the idea has spread on social media, and bookworms around the world are adopting the tradition. For our event, spend some time reading any book you like while enjoying a cozy atmosphere and festive snacks and drinks with fellow readers! Participants will also receive a $5 coupon to spend at Glendora Bookshop to buy presents for the book-lover on your list!
