Fundraising Events

Buchanan District Library’s popular holiday event is coming soon! This fundraiser features a week-long silent auction and ends with a festive party on Zoom! The silent auction starts December 3 and runs through December 11. You will be able to bid on wonderful auction items from the comfort of your home using your phone or computer. We will end the event with an online holiday party (complete with entertainment from talented locals) on Zoom and close the auction on December 11. We hope you will be able to join in the fun!

The Silent Auction goes LIVE December 3rd! Follow the instructions below to join in the fun.

Step one: Visit to create an account in order to bid on auction items from your smartphone, computer, or other device. Enter your information and activate your new account with the email sent to you from 32auctions.

Step two: Visit to see the library’s silent auction page! Click on the green “VIEW ALL ITEMS” button to browse auction items until December 5. When the auction goes live you can start bidding!

Step three:  Join us for the close of the auction and an online party on December 11th from 6:00-8:00pm!  Register using the form below and a link to join will be emailed to you.  This will be a festive, family-friendly event, with entertainment such as music, holiday book readings, games, along with the silent auction updates!
