Color Me a Story: Rock Painting
Come color your story on a rock! Rocks and materials provided but feel free to bring your own. Wednesday, August 29th 1:30-3:30pm.

Sci-Fi & Fantasy Book Club for Teens and Adult
Come join us on Wednesday, September 12th 6:30-7:30pm to discuss "Arabella of Mars" by David Levine. Teens and adults are welcome.

Pajama Story Time
Put on your pajamas and join us for songs and stories at this evening story time. Thursdays, September 20th and November 15th, 6:30-7:00pm.

Pumpkin Jamboree
Join us for fun & games, Star Wars Reads, and our pumpkin decorating and costume contests. Stay tuned for more details! Saturday, October 13th 3:00-5:00pm.

Day of the Dead Craft
Come celebrate Day of the Dead by creating Sugar Skull stones and marshmallows!Thursday, November 1st, 3:30-5:00pm.

Regular Programming

Pokemon Club
Bring your Pokemon cards and have fun battling, trading, or playing Pokemon Go or Pokemon Monopoly! For children 7 to 12. Tuesdays 4:00-5:00pm, September 18th through December 18th.

Story Time
Come sing, dance, and hear stories and then make a craft. For children up to six years old. Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am September 5th through December 19th.

Jack Knight Cafe
5th through 8th graders, come hang with your friends and have a snack, play  games, or make a craft! Thursdays 3:00-4:00pm September 20th through December 13th.

Fandom Club   
For Teens and Young Adults (13 and over). Come to our new Fandom Club! Geek out over your favorite characters and scenes from multiple series! Discuss and make new friends! There will also be a multitude of outlets to let out your Fandom! Thursdays 3:00-4:00pm, August 2nd-30th. 

Lego Club
Come build with Legos, participate in challenges, and put your creations on display. For ages 6-12. Thursdays 4:15-5:00pm, September 27th through November 15th.

Geeky Bits Tech Club - featuring littleBits
A three-week class for our Certified Geeky Techs will be offered Wednesdays, September 12th-26th, 4:00-5:15pm. Certification and registration required; space is limited.

A three-week class for our Certified Geeky Techs will be offered Wednesdays, October 24th-November 7th, 4:00-5:15pm. Certification and registration required; space is limited.

littleBits Beginners Class
New to littleBits?  This is the class for you. Children 8-14 can join our  Beginning Bits Class to learn what littleBits is all about and become a Certified Geeky Tech!  Once you are certified then you can sign-up for Geeky Tech Club programs.  You will receive a certificate and button.  Registration required; space is limited. Wednesday, August 22nd 3:00-4:30pm.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten

This program promotes early literacy skills for children from birth to age five and encourages parent and child bonding through reading.  Sign your child up with Miss Sarah or online with Wandoo Reader and track your progress.  See Miss Sarah for your welcome packet, which includes a new book, a reading list, and information on early child development and reading.  After each 100 book milestone, your child receives a small prize.  Participants' names and achievements will be proudly displayed in the Desenberg Children's Corner.  One book a day is 365 books read in 1 year!  Get started today!
