Upload your prints to our Website

Perhaps you don't wish to download an app, or maybe your device doesn't have an available app. You can upload your print job to the library's website. Note- when staff did testing, uploading prints occasionally had formatting issues. For best results for documents, upload PDF versions if possible, or better yet, use the app instead.

To upload your prints:

1.  Go to our Spot Global Print website by clicking here.  Spot Global Printing allows you to be completely anonymous and does not require registration or an account, email address (unless you choose to use it as your ID), phone number, or a library card (though you may log in with your library card if you have prepaid funds you wish to use). Browse or drag and drop your files where prompted.

2.  Choose your settings. Once you have a file uploaded, you can click the blue eyeball icon to see a print preview,  and click the settings gear to change settings (color/b&w, which pages, double-sided or not, etc). Click the green checkmark to accept the settings, the purple X to cancel them, or the trash icon to delete the file. Once you're happy with the settings, click the Finalize button at the bottom of the screen .

3. Choose your ID by either selecting the default PIN or entering your email address. Make note of the PIN or make sure your email is typed correctly as you will need it later to release your prints. Click the blue arrow button to finish uploading your print job. Your print job will be held for up to 72 hours until you come into the library and release it.

 4. Release your prints at the library. You can either talk to staff at the Front Desk to pay for and release your prints (required if paying with credit card or your print job costs more than $10), or go directly to the Print Release Station Computer near the copier and Front Desk.
-Tap or swipe the computer screen to bring up the login box. The text box for Spot Global Print PIN/ID may be hiding behind the touchscreen keyboard. Tap the X on the touchscreen keyboard to close it and use the physical keyboard to enter your global print ID.  You can go back to the Spot Global Print website on your device to see the ID. (If you don't know your ID or don't have your device with you, check with staff.)

-Alternatively, if you are using a prepaid library account, log in with your library card number and phone number, then enter your Spot Global Print PIN/ID in the box to the left of the Show Print Jobs screen. Most people will not need to log in this way.

-Tap your print job. You can hold the shift or ctrl keys on the physical keyboard to select more than one job at a time. The cost for the print job(s) will display at the bottom of the screen.
-Insert coins or bills in the Pay Station. This will show up as your Vending Balance or Total Funds on the computer screen. Once you've inserted enough cash, you can then tap Print on the Computer.  When finished, tap Close. Any change will eject automatically.
