The Buchanan District Library will be on the ballot for district voters on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. The library is proposing a REPLACEMENT millage to RENEW operating expenses at 0.3 mills, asking voters to CONTINUTE paying the same rate. 

Millage funds are what make it possible for the library to provide materials, programs, and services to the community. Millage funds are the main source of revenue for the library and are ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for the library to operate.
