Week 1 | What Meditation Really Is
We begin with grounded introduction to mediation: what it is, what it is not, and how the mind naturally behaves during practice. We explore the common belief that we must "stop thinking," and instaed learn how to relate to thoughts with openess and ease.

Week 2 | Working with a Mantra
Participants are introduced to a gentle matra practice to support focus and inner steadiness. We explore how a mantra can anchor us when the mind wanders.

Week 3 | Breath as a Pathway Inward
This week center on simple breathwork techniques that help the body and mind settle more fully. These practices allow participants to experience deeper relaxation and presence.

Week 4 | Changing Meditation
We ex;ore a soft, accessible form of chanting meditation. This practice helps quiet internal noise, cultivate clarity, and open the heart.

Week 5 | Extended Guided Practice
We begin to spend more time in meditation, weaving together the tools learned so far. Each participant is supported in finding a rhythm that feels right for them.

Week 6 | Settling into Stillness
Our final week offers a spacious, extended meditation experience. This session allows participants to sense how far they've come and to carry their new skills forward with confidence.
